To run a company it is necessary to note that there should be a requisite information management system for each work activity. Data mining is an important term in the health industry that aims at the increasing of the health practices with the software and also it decreases the cost (Amatayakul, 2010). This really improves the healthcare by the software backup. This essay deals with the intricacies of the same. Analysis phase After the information system is decided there must be a group of people who shall work in collaboration with each other diligently. There are many users of a particular service. Say if the information system is implemented in a health organization or a medical organization. There shall be different users. They shall have the needs. The requirement for the staff is to make a survey and make the people acquainted with the running details of the company and the software. (Cox, n.d.) The software handling must be taught so that the electronic health record is managed well amongst all. Set a goal and train a super user. System testing: before the thing is opened for all the system must be checked for any last moment misses. The system checkup should ensure efficiency. The site must be made easier to access and light to load. The elementary things in the site must be simple and jovial for the use of all. Objectives of the DATA MINING can be: Providing a complete list of details about the patients health and hygiene to the people akin to him or her. They must have a good resource always for any communication. The DATA MINING must have the diagnoses, immunization dates, allergies, radiology images, medications, treatment plans, and laboratory and test results of the patients. Must have some tools based on evidence that can clarify the condition of the patient and can help the others to take decisions about the services implemented. Provide a workflow which is automated and streamlined. Operation and maturity phase Now comes the primal thing. The operation phase is very vital and significant.
